El Sábado pasado, mientras conducía camino al entrenamiento conjunto de Aikido en Estella, aproveché para sintonizar la Trak FM y escuchar el nuevo programa de radio de Sensei Tony Stevens, del Dojo Chushinkan de Pamplona.
El programa se llama "Hello Trak" y lo podéis escuchar todos los sábados de 9h a 10h sintonizando el 101.6 de la FM. También podéis escucharlo vía internet accediendo a la página web de la emisora www.trakfm.com

Muy interesante, un sensei con varios talentos:) ayer nos comentó nuestro maestro que la publicidad que grabó nuestro gimnasio salía en la 5, pero supongo que sólo es a nivel de las islas.
